You will learn the basic skill to make your own cake at home:
- Cake leveling
- Introduction to Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- How to successfully fill and stack buttercream cakes
- Cake assembly
- Crumb Coat
- How to achieve sharp edges
All material and tools are provided, except for the turn table. Please make sure to bring your own! Class will start at 11am and end around 5pm.
